When a father and son duo approached Dale Ventures with the idea of building government approved low-cost impact housing in The Republic of Panama, it was a no-brainer for the Dale Ventures’ Real Estate Team. Per the government of The Republic of Panama’s own impact study, there is a shortage of over 250,000 affordable houses.

The aim of Suenos de Sona 250+ employees is to build over 3,000 houses selling under $75,000 USD each which will add over half a billion dollars to local economies over the next decade. Both father and son will tell you that Dale Ventures has been a valuable accelerator to their business plan, and has formed a lasting partnership that has expanded well past initial conceptualization!
